Sue & John welcome you to our family run B&B in Axminster. It lies in the beautiful Axe valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We are only a few miles from the Jurassic coastline near Lyme Regis & Charmouth, and provide an excellant base to explore the neighbouring counties of Somerset & Dorset. As we are a small B&B we can offer a personal service to all our guests with the assurance of a warm friendly welcome. Upon arrival you will be given your own key so you can come and go as you please. We also have ample private guest parking within the property. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE SUITE & THE SNUG We live in a quiet country lane with no street lights & only a few minutes away from the pretty market town of Axminster. Our local pub the Hunters Lodge is a 16th Century Inn which is only a few minutes by car or a 15 minute walk. It is a family pub serving great home cooked food and local ales and beers. Why not visit the famous River Cottage Shop & Restuarant and Hugh Fernly-Whittingstall Park Farm HQ where there are a host of evening events, courses & music nights.
