Sue & John welcome you to Netherleigh, our family run Devon Bed and Breakfast or Self-Catering rooms in Axminster. We are in an area of outstanding natural beauty & only 4 miles from Lyme Regis & River Cottage HQ & Charmouth famous for its fossils. Netherleigh has been open for 13 years and we have worked hard to build up a good reputation, in fact we have the highest feedback in our area.
As we are a small we can offer a personal service to all our guests with the assurance of a warm friendly welcome. Upon arrival you will be given your own key so you can come and go as you please.
We offer three unique rooms, all rooms are en-suite, all rooms have free parking and free WiFi. If you choose a Continental Breakfast it is served in the privacy of your room. Our Studio room is completely independent from the main house and has its own private entrance, parking & garden which allows total privacy and independence. It also has a Kitchen and small private garden. Our other two rooms, the Snug room & Suite are within the main house & boast stunning views of the Axe Valley. All rooms come with private parking.
We are in a quiet country lane but only a 10 minute drive to the coast of Lyme Regis & famous fossil beach of Charmouth. We are just a 5 minute drive to River Cottage HQ & River Cottage Canteen. We have a local 16th Century Pub The Hunters Lodge which is only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute country lane walk.

Up to 3 Dogs are welcome in our Studio
If you would like to bring your well behaved dog we allow a maximum of up to 3 dogs Please note dogs are only allowed in our Studio, the house is pet free
Included in the price of £5 per dog per day is a welcome treat for your dog, use of a dog bed, water & food bowl. Also "doggie loo bags & bin" provided. Your Studio comes with a private enclosed garden for your dog's safety.
