Q. Do you offer Self-Catering?
Yes, all our rooms our equipped with a microwave, plates and cutlery and the detached Studio has a kitchen with oven.
Q. Is Linen and Towels provided?
Yes, linen and towels are provided in all our rooms. Beds will be made up for you and your bathroom is equipped with toiletries
Q: What's in the room?
All three rooms contain a Fridge, Microwave, Cutlery & Plates. They all have a Kettle, Toaster and complimentary Tea/Coffee. Our detached Studio & Suite both have a kitchen with an oven.
Q. Is your B&B suitable for the less mobile?
Yes, our detached Studio is on the ground floor with no steps and the bathroom has a removable shower chair
Q: Whats nearby?
Within walking distance is a 16th Century Inn with large garden serving great food and is Dog Friendly. Lyme Regis, Charmouth and River Cottage HQ are all less than 5 miles away.

Q: What time is Check-In?
Check in time is between 4:00pm and 10:00pm. We do accept check-ins at other times by prior arrangement.
Q: Do you offer Free cancellation
Yes, providing you give 5 days notice. Should you need to cancel or alter your booking, please inform us as soon as possible by phone on 01297 631007 / 07772479797 or email info@netherleigh.co.uk.
Q. Are children accepted at the B&B?
Yes, in our Suite room & detached Studio. A travel cot with bedding and high chair are available for our younger guests. There is also a microwave in the Suite & Studio for your use.
Q. Is Parking available?
Yes, Free parking on our drive is available for all three rooms.
Q. Do you have WiFi & Smart T.Vs?
Yes, all three rooms have Free WiFi and the T.V.s are Netflix & Prime ready.
Q. Do you accept dogs?
Yes! We accept up to 3 dogs in our detached Studio only! Pets are not allowed to stay in the house. There will be a charge of £5 per dog per day
Included in this price is a welcome treat for your dog, use of a dog bed, water & food bowl. Also "doggie loo bags & bin" provided.
Your Studio comes with a private enclosed garden for your dog's safety.
Q: If I choose to book breakfast can you cater for Vegans?
Yes, we can cater for Vegans, Vegetarians & Coeliac.
