We are so looking forward to welcoming you to Netherleigh Bed and Breakfast! To ensure a smooth and relaxing stay, we politely ask that you review our booking policies. By making a reservation with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Book Now & Pay Later
We want booking your getaway to be stress-free. No prepayment is taken at the time of booking. Instead, a prepayment for the total price of your stay will be securely charged to your provided credit card seven (7) days before your scheduled arrival.
2. Free Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that plans can change. You are welcome to cancel your reservation completely free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival.
If a cancellation is made within the 7 days leading up to your arrival date, or in the unfortunate event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the total price of the booking.
3. Arrival & Departure
Check-in is warmly welcomed from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out is kindly requested by 10:00 AM on your day of departure.
If you anticipate arriving particularly late, please let us know in advance so we can arrange convenient access for you.
4. Pet Policy
We love welcoming your four-legged friends! Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are permitted in our Detached Studio only, subject to a small £5 daily charge per dog. To maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are strictly not permitted in The Snug or The Suite. We kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended and stay off the furniture.
5. House Rules & Damages
Netherleigh B&B operates a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy indoors; however, you are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. While we know accidents happen, we do reserve the right to charge the payment card on file for any significant breakages, missing items, or professional cleaning required due to rooms being left in an unacceptable condition.
